    Can we access the data directly?

    Yes. On request, we set up read access to your project's dataset. We work out the details together with your data team.

    Where is the data stored?

    In BigQuery in the EU multi-region, operated on Google Cloud. This is set out in the data processing agreement.

    Can other customers see our data?

    No. Every project has its own dataset and its own service account. Google IAM enforces the separation.

    How long is the data stored?

    6 months by default. The period can be adjusted per project.
