Enterprise SEO platforms compared

Eight platforms for large websites, compared by capability. With strengths, limits and how to get started, as of November 2026.

searchVIU is one of the tools in this comparison. How we compared them and where the information comes from is explained at the end of the page.

What defines an enterprise SEO platform

The term has no fixed definition. It means tools for large websites and teams that do more than an audit crawler and give procurement evidence on security and data protection. The eight tools on this page fall into two camps. Technical platforms work with crawl and logs, suites combine rankings, AI visibility and content.

Why prices are rarely public here

Most vendors sell through sales. Botify, Oncrawl, Lumar, Conductor and BrightEdge do not state prices. seoClarity shows "from" prices as of October 2022. JetOctopus and searchVIU publish prices on their websites. Conductor bills by usage and names plans with page allowances.

What kind of tool do you need?

The tools on this page work in four ways. The chart shows schematically how each kind checks over a week.

Crawl plus logs

Technical platforms with scheduled crawls and log data. Botify, Oncrawl and JetOctopus work this way.

MTWTFSS
Crawl plus development process

Frequent scheduled crawls, plus checks in the pipeline. Lumar works this way.

MTWTFSS
Suite for SEO and content

Rankings, AI visibility and content in one platform, with technology as one part of it. Conductor, seoClarity and BrightEdge work this way.

MTWTFSS
Crawl plus monitoring

A full crawl every week, and the most important pages continuously in between. searchVIU works this way.

MTWTFSS
Crawl of the websiteindividual requests in betweenSchematic, one week from Monday to Sunday

The differences lie less in crawl size than in what happens between two crawls and who on the team works with the tool.

Suite or technical platform?

Both paths make sense. It depends on who works in the tool and what data you already have.

When a suite fits

  • SEO, content and marketing work in the same tool.
  • Rankings and AI visibility should run together with content recommendations.
  • Your procurement wants as few vendors as possible and needs SSO.

When a technical platform fits

  • Your team mainly works on crawl data, logs and errors.
  • The website is very large, and bot budget is a real issue.
  • Rankings and content already come from other tools.

Where searchVIU stands

searchVIU is more monitoring than suite. Every URL is rendered in Chrome, the whole website is crawled every week, and Page Watch checks the most important pages continuously, spread across the day. HTML and a screenshot per URL stay stored for six months. searchVIU compares relaunches per URL, weighted by clicks. Data consulting is included, and the team builds reports beyond the standard reports to your requirements. Log file analysis, Rank Tracking and AI visibility come as add-ons.

What to look for in an enterprise SEO platform

  • What is checked between two crawls, and how often does each page get its turn?
  • Is JavaScript rendering included in the price?
  • How long are HTML and screenshots stored per URL?
  • Can relaunches be compared per URL, or is that manual work?
  • What evidence does your procurement require, and where is the data stored?
  • Who sets up the tool, and who helps with the analysis?

The platforms

Every card has the same fields. The information comes from the vendors' websites, pricing pages and documentation.

What searchVIU does not replace

If any of these points matter to you, one of the other platforms is a better fit.

SSO and interface

searchVIU has no SSO, and the interface is in English. If your procurement requires SSO, Conductor, seoClarity, BrightEdge, Lumar or Botify are more likely options.

Checks in the CI/CD pipeline

searchVIU crawls staging regularly but cannot stop a build. Lumar Protect does that.

Changes without developers

searchVIU reports errors but deploys nothing on your website. For that there is PageWorkers from Botify or ClarityAutomate from seoClarity.

Content and backlinks

searchVIU has no content editor and no backlink data. For content, Conductor, seoClarity or BrightEdge are a good fit.

Keyword and market data

searchVIU researches keywords through AI workflows with data from DataForSEO. There is no keyword database of its own like BrightEdge's Data Cube X.

Frequently asked questions

What is an enterprise SEO platform?
A platform for large websites and teams. The term has no fixed definition. It usually means crawls at large scale, combining several data sources, and roles and security evidence for procurement. There are two camps behind it, technical platforms and broad suites for SEO and content.
How much does an enterprise SEO platform cost?
Of the eight tools, three publish prices. JetOctopus starts at €299 per month, searchVIU at €399. seoClarity states from $2,500 per month, as of October 2022 according to its pricing page. Botify, Oncrawl, Lumar, Conductor and BrightEdge sell through sales.
Which platforms have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
According to the vendors' pages, Oncrawl, Conductor, BrightEdge and searchVIU have both, while Lumar, Botify and seoClarity name SOC 2. JetOctopus names no certification on the pages we checked. Ask for the current report during procurement.
Is a technical platform enough, or do I need a suite?
If your team mainly works on crawl, logs and errors, a technical platform is enough. If the content team should also work in the tool, a suite is a better fit. Many teams combine a technical platform with a rank tracker.

How we compared

We read the vendors' websites, pricing pages and documentation. We checked JetOctopus and the pricing pages of Conductor, seoClarity and Botify on November 4, 2026, and the other information last between October 17 and 19, 2026. Review portals and third-party estimates are not included. We did not use accounts or trials for this comparison. The information on searchVIU comes from our own product.

Vendors change their products and prices, and we may also overlook something. If any information seems outdated or wrong to you, write to us. We will check it and update the page.
